What if I fail the scan from my ASV? Print

  • 0

If you fail the network vulnerability scan with your ASV (Approved Scanning Vendor) , this means that the scan has discovered areas of vulnerability in your network of high severity. Host 99 will help guide you to remediate a failed scan and work toward achieving compliance. First, you'll want to login to Host 99 to send the scan results. The report will provide a description of the identified issues and resources to begin fixing the problems. You'll need to address each of the problems and then schedule a directed scan to ensure your remediation of the problem meets the PCI DSS.

Please follow the procedure instructions below to send us your report.
  • Download your report from your ASV (Approved Scanning Vendor)
  • Log into your Host 99 billing account "Here"
  • The click on "New Ticket" from the sub menu or follow this "Link"
  • Enter all required details and attach your report (PDF Only Accepted) Copy and pasting will not be accepted.
A Host 99 PCI Technician will review your report and send the results what needs completed within 3 to 10 business days possibly sooner. Depending on the content of the report determines the time it takes to fully diagnose and fix any issues if required..
