PCI Report Failure Submitting Requirements

Please note we can only offer PCI Compliance support via e-mail. Due to the details of the reports and requirements as stated by the NVD we must have all reports, documentations and statements from your PCI vendor in writing or inside a generated PDF report from your "PCI Scanning Vendor". We do not offer support over voice due to privacy and availability of our PCI Compliance L.T. Engineers to receive all required information to process your report.

Once your reports and all documentations have been submitted please allow up to 10 business days for a reply or requests from our PCI Engineers, all submissions are handled in the order they are received.

Depending on the details of your PDF reports and support loads will determine the time it takes for us to receive and process your report and launch a detailed investigation on your report to find any vulnerabilities listed or false positives that may have been falsely reported.
