You must correctly configure the Internet email information service to send and receive messages in Outlook. To do this, you must have the following specific information about your email account to manually configure it in Outlook.

1. Your full email address.
2. The type of email account: POP3
3. Your user name. (Using the @ sign and not the + sign)
4. Your password. (Password that was set to your email account via control panel)
5. The SMTP server name or address. (mail.yourdomain.com) replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain.
6. The POP3 server name or address. (mail.yourdomain.com) replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain.
7. Is Secure Password Authentication (SPA) required? NO
8. The port number that is used for SMTP. (Most ISPs use port 25.) Port 587 is an option as well if 25 does not work
   
   1. Is encryption (SSL is most common) required for the port? NO
9. The port number that is used for POP3. (Most ISPs use port 110.)
   1. Do you require encryption (SSL is most common) for the port? YES
10. Does the outgoing email server (SMTP) require authentication? YES
    
    1. If so, do you use my normal email name and password? YES

FOLLOW THESE STEPS IF EMAILS DO NOT WORK THESE SETTINGS ARE REQUIRED TO SEND EMAILS.

1. Click Tools then Account Settings
2. Ensure you are on the E-mail tab at the top of the windows
3. Click on the relevant email account and click Change... at the top of the window
4. Click More Settings
5. Click Outgoing Server
6. Check My Server Uses Authentication
7. Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server - in certain cases where this doesn’t work you may need to click on log on usingand:Click OK
   1. Type Account Name (which will be your full e-mail address)
   2. Type Password (which will be your email address password)
8. Click Next
9. Click Finish
10. Click Close
